A social fitness club where your membership is included with your new home purchase. A contemporary clubhouse that celebrates wellness and togetherness for the entire family. Residents will have access to everything from state-of-the-art exercise equipment, community classes and events. We have partnered with FIT Athletic, voted best gym in San Diego, to curate and activate the Fit and Rec Center in the heart of our community. Get results on your wellness goals with exercise and nutrition plans. You can even track your progress online while you are in line ordering a kale smoothie.
